- For advance booking, a one month deposit is required
- Six months rental and one month deposit must be fully paid when check in
- For twelve months contract rental can be made in two payments. The 1st payment of six months rental and one month deposit must be fully paid when check in, the second payment must be paid before the 5th of the following six month
The above rental is inclusive of utilities, cleaning service, fiber wi-fi, and maintenance fee.
